I'm not trying to be dramatic or anything, but this may have been the bravest birthday adventure of my life. Not only did I almost step on a snake
(I may have screamed a little), but Elizabeth and I fought off BEES to get that nice bouquet of lavender you see up there. And when I say bees, I mean a shitton of bees. Like, if you're picturing a nice little lavender bush with a couple of bees buzzing around it, just go ahead and multiply that by about a million. And then picture the two of us knee deep in that bush harvesting lavender like we hang out with bees all day everyday. But again, I'm not trying to be dramatic. I just think people need to know.
